When I came across this video by the Babylon Bee, a popular satire website, I couldn’t stop laughing. Imagine a Woke Apocalypse (The Woking Dead, as the channel joked) with people turning into politically correct zombies.
It’s a take-off on the popular series, The Walking Dead, and as usual with The Bee, it’s right on target.
Realistically, many of our institutions have been infected by the Woke Virus, causing a near-apocalyptic situation in the United States. The only cure is regular exposure to logic and getting folks out of the echo chamber.
I hope this video brought you a giggle, too.

I have read a few who think we hit peak “woke” sometime around 2020-ish. Not sure about the time but I think most Americans are over it. I know I am.
I was closely watching the Georgia legislature during 2021 and 2022. One Democrat, Elena Parent, spoke for nearly ten minutes, essentially calling on conservatives to keep their base in line, but what’s interesting is just how revealing her remarks are of the progressive mindset.
She days “we must operate in a shared framework” of reality in which “knowledge is built on trusted sources… When you don’t trust science, the media, or government, you have eliminated as sources of information all institutions that have formed the basis for a shared reality of a society in all enlightened societies.”
Argument from authority is reality to them. Questioning of authority, even satire, threatens the legitimacy of authoritative sources.

It would have been more funny to me if I was not living this actual horror, with my 60+ year old neighbors and my kids. It’s insanity. My neighbors think there’s 200+ genders and that murdering babies in the womb up to 9 months is just fine, and my youngest daughter thinks that she’s a man and that they need to give everyone a universal basic income, my youngest son thinks that “white patriarchal ” is natzism and yells and screams to get his point across that we are racist because we voted for Trump and make him pay rent (we’re black, hispanic and white , mind ya’ll). I think it’s dying out but there are some yoyo libs that are still holding on, they are the zombies, LOL

Humor always has a basis in truth, and while this is a sad and tragic development in Western society, there is hope that there will soon be a return to sanity and accountability. I pray for that every day. Thanks again and I sincerely hope that you’re healing quickly and completely.
lol. That’s worth a good laugh or a good cry. It depends on your convictions and perception of insanity. I do believe much of the world has been practicing insanity for a while. The destruction of our youth is a terrible thing that is really happening. Adults who make those choices are crazy but within their rights to make those choices for themselves. The most they can do is destroy their own bodies and further destroy reality for us all by having to live with at best, fakes. But where it gets crazy is pushing this insanity on impressionable under-aged youth and then secretly or openly destroying those bodies as well. Parents are lied to or completely left out of the choices. that needs to be outlawed. Schools can’t give our kids an aspirin without parental permission yet they can abort a family’s grandchildren or destroy the bodies and minds of those youths without parental consent. For life, those kids will have to take the wrong hormones to maintain those destroyed bodies or wean off and live horribly in the destroyed bodies. They are forever sterilized and physically mutilated. How can this be legal or acceptable to anyone?
Yes I laughed as it was so over acted and intended to emphasize the insanity. But the reality is painful and madening to live with.
If an obvious genetic male were to enter a public restroom in my presence I’d be wishing for my 9mil to make sure of his intensions. I grew up in a time when the only males entering a female restroom were janitorial staff making sure women were out of there, or voyers and preditors. And we were free to defend our territory any way we saw fit. Too many were victims but it wasn’t very often.
Yes, I think people are getting over the woke insanity but I’m beyond tired of it and disgusted with the practiced insanity. I’ve never been good at it. I tend to be a bit outspoken. I’m either liked for that; or hated for it. I tend to carry a big stick and forget to be soft-spoken. I can be diplomatic but I’m too old and too disgusted to care anymore. I’m a real Mother. Take that any way you choose. I hate fakes. All the fakes can seem to do is play exaggerated clowns. Sanity would sure be refreshing!

The “woke virus” is a combination of the braindead symptoms of a zombie and the insanity caused by rabies…Rabid Zombies if you will (Great name for a punk band).
