Should nations let their enemies purchase land within their own borders? You’d likely give a resounding ‘no’ to this question, correct?
And yet, a former Chinese general with alleged ties to Chinese concentration camps recently bought an airstrip in Texas. And this isn’t just some random ranch in the middle of nowhere. It is 200 square miles (130,000 acres) of land between one of the most active Air Force bases in the U.S. and the border of Mexico.
As the world is being fear-mongered about “variants,” this is happening right under American noses.
Who is Sun Guangxin?
Sun Guangxin is a former General of the People’s Liberation Army in China. He owns two-thirds of real estate where the Uyghur concentration camps are located in the capital of Xinjiang.
Russia had The Gulag. China has the LAOGAI.

Why Did Guangxin Purchase Land in the U.S.?
The former Chinese General purchased the land to allegedly build wind farms. The name of the property purchased by the Chinese firm is called the Morning Star Ranch.
Sun Guangxin, who has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party, purchased the land allegedly to build wind farms, Kyle Bass, founder, and principal of Hayman Capital Management and a founding member of the Committee on the Present Danger: China, told Epoch T.V. in a recent interview.
The wind farm project, known as the Blue Hills Wind development, is being managed by G.H. America Energy, the U.S. subsidiary of Sun Guangxin’s Guanghua Energy Company. [source]
Should We Be Concerned About the Morning Star Ranch?
Well. Perhaps, yes.
“You’ve got a former People’s Liberation Army general billionaire who has bought over 130,000 acres of Texan land, including a giant wind farm in an area where there isn’t particularly a lot of wind but happens to be right beside a very sensitive U.S. military installation,” Bass said.[source]
And the Morning Star Ranch has its own airfield. We’re not talking about just some cruddy dirt airstrip for a Cessna, either. We’re talking about a well-maintained, paved runway that’s somewhere in the ballpark of 4000-5000 feet. Current reports indicate that the former General may have expanded to 10,000 feet. The airfield is listed as permanently closed by the FAA (its call sign is TA81), yet it appears to be well-maintained.
Who Wants a (Reportedly) 10,000-Foot Long Airway in the Middle of Nowhere, Texas?
Or, perhaps a better question: WHY would anyone want an airway of this size in the middle of Nowhere, Texas?
Maybe to land a Chinese-130 or Chinese-130J clone? (This size runway could easily accommodate such an aircraft.)
We’re talking about a remote ranch with excellent views in all directions. It has ready access to a nearby Air Force pilot training base. And it’s not too far from Mexico.
Let’s Build a Wind Farm Where There’s No Wind!
As I mentioned above, Guangxin allegedly purchased the airstrip to develop a wind farm on the premises. Interestingly, this region of Texas is not known for its high wind volume.

A report from news4santonio.com claims Texas lawmakers passed a bill stopping Guangxin from building the wind farm.
Property owners and conservationists were the first to raise alarm about the wind farm, saying construction might harm the pristine Devil’s River. The also worry allowing a foreign company to connect to the Texas power grid would make it vulnerable.
“There are foreign actors, as we’ve seen recently with the gas pipeline hack, that have ill intent for our country and our critical infrastructure,” said Julie Lewey with the Devil’s River Conservancy.
Those concerns were amplified by China-watchers like Kyle Bass, who recently took a picture of an air strip on Sun’s ranch. Bass alleges Sun Guangxin is a former general with ties to the communist party, and his company should not be allowed access to the power grid.
“When you’re able to plug directly in you’re able to map it, you’re also able to upload malware, you can do all kinds of horrible things to our grid,” Bass said. [source]
And Now There are Strange Drone Sightings in the Region
On February 9, 2021, an unknown drone was spotted surveilling the Kinder Morgan fuel tanks in the region around Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
The drone, spotted accidentally, did not appear on any radar systems nearby, nor could it be seen with night vision technology. It seems as if this is some form of highly modified ‘stealth’ drone. The presence of a single, green LED light is the only reason the drone was spotted. The drone, described as a quad-copter, is roughly 5′ in length and 3′ in width. Two helicopters were sent out to follow it: one by the CBP and the other by the Tucson police department. The drone outran and outmaneuvered them both.
As the helicopters chased after the drone, the drone accelerated and ascended until it disappeared into the cloud cover at 14,000′. At that point, the search ended as the drone could no longer be found.

Who Has That Kind of Technology?
Who has the technology necessary to create a drone with zero radar signature, is invisible to night vision, can outrun two helicopters, and can ascend to 14,000 feet? That’s an incredible display of technology!
We know that China has invested heavily in drones of late, as referenced in our recent post on drone swarms. Chief of these drones would be the Y-8, an electronic warfare drone, and the GJ-11, aka the ‘Sharp Sword.’ The GJ-11 was unveiled in October 2019 and is a hypersonic stealth drone.
Given all the other Chinese involvement in the region, it seems logical that these are Chinese drones.
What Conclusions Can We Draw?
So we have a former Chinese general purchasing an airstrip in Texas. He expanded the airstrip. He allegedly bought the land to build a wind farm in an area that is not known for its wind. Multiple Chinese real estate investments have hit the surrounding region. And now, there are highly advanced drones being spotted in the region.
Something else to consider, as noted in a recent article by Robert Wheeler, part of China’s strategy to become the world’s superpower is to buy up Western businesses.
Are Chinese troops conducting surveillance of Texas and the surrounding regions? Are they prepping the ability to launch drones throughout this part of America? What possible reasons could there be for their desire to tie into the American power grid here?

China and Russia will need airstrips long enough for their military cargo planes and bombers to land and take off from after they have delivered nuclear ground butsts to all of our airports with seven thousand+ foot runways.

No retroactive laws… it is a violation of the constitution. Most of our ports are owned by the Chinese thanks to congress allowing it.
Wrong. The Emancipation Proclamation didn’t just prevent new slaves, it retroactively freed blacks who were already slaves. Reparations would be the biggest one and city lawmakers are already passing such retroactive laws. Many such cases as retroactive laws. Taxes, for example, are retroactive, and so is asset forfeiture. Confiscating foreigner-owned land would be easy.
The amount of land they are purchasing and already own is staggering. Even in Oklahoma they are buying marijuana businesses quickly.
Idaho is another hotspot
Yes. I’ve heard about huge Red Chinese buy-ups in ID. Land, farms, business parks etc. Been going on for a number of years. I hesitate to consider re-locating there.
Yes, the chinese have been buying up tracks of land in West Texas. Anywhere from 5,000 to 20,000 acre tracks. This is the first that I’ve heard of the ccp buying 130,000 acres. That’s freaking insane and none of it should be allowed!!!
Communist officials in the Chinese Government have long been know for their corruption and interest in making large sums of money, ( Ie capitalism, LOL). Generals especially have access to many connections and secret operations,. Which is perfect for operations relating to drug trafficking.
The location of this Airfield looks like the perfect spot to import illegal drugs from Mexico into the US.
Although the article implies that this is a part of an invasion, it is highly doubtful.
US satellites watch Chinese troop movements and you could not stage enough troops on that ranch quick enough, for an invasion. It would be stopped before it began.
Also, the Chinese are not fools. They realize like all other countries do, that our armed citizens far outnumber any army in the world, by about 100 to 1, (even against the largest army in the world, if it could all be brought to our country all at once).
Odds that are high enough that no matter what technology you have, an invasion would be a no win scenario,( which is also why Japan did not invade the US Mainland after Pearl Harbor, it was considered and quickly abandoned, not because of our Military, but because of our Armed civilian population).
In addition to that, China does not have the logistical ability nor the supplies to support an invasion, half a world away.
As far as a War goes, Mexico would not want to be caught in the middle of something like that either.
China buys rice and other goods from us, just to keep their citizens fed and happy, lest they revolt against their Communist leaders. Starting a war with us would cut off those supplies and put them at great risk of revolt.
Although a “Chinese invasion”, makes a great conspiracy story, it is far from being a real possibility.
Biological weapons and Nuclear attacks ( including EMP) are far more likely war scenarios than a ground invasion that is doomed from the start.
So if there is a nefarious action behind the purchase of this ranch, it is probably to facilitate a smuggling operation. Human smuggling or drugs would be my guess.
It is always good to be vigilant as a prepper. But part of OPSEC is in knowing what is important info and what is just wild speculation.
The Chinese military numbers look good on paper, but when you look deeper, it does not look so good.
The Chinese technology is usually stolen and has functional problems since they did not design it themselves. The military has major logistical problems. Most of their Army is conscripts (which is a
big moral problem). Their economy is basically dependent upon world peace, as it is heavily based upon imports and exports. So starting a major war would be suicide for them. Minor expansionist wars and a lot of bluffing and threats to get their way, is what they do.

The third largest shipping company in the world is COSCO. There are a few more in the top 30 shipping companies.
They own a terminal port in Long Beach called WBCT. It has its own rail yard capable of moving 5,000 containers a week. That is just a quick Duck-Duck-Go search. I saw even more cargo and logistics acquisitions in other US cities and ports.
If you have ever been to China and taken their mass transit, to include high speed rail as I have, you know they move hundreds of thousands of people daily. Even millions in the few days leading up to the Chinese New Year. They just recently opened a high speed rail line from Tibet’s capital, Lhasa, to the city of Nyingchi. It is expected to move 10 million tonnes of freight annually.
Today, top of the hour news on the radio concerning the historic flooding in Zhengzhou, they have moved 435,000 people out of the area.
And as others noted, they are buying up farmland. They own Smithfield too. Why move something across the ocean when you own it here?

Do you really think at this stage of the game that the US Military has ANY interest in protecting America? A more likely scenario is that the US is HELPING the Chinese, or at the very least turning a blind eye so they can focus on transgender matters.
As for the biological weapon, we have the Gates Genocide Juice that will take care of the bulk of those gun owners over the next 12 months, while the lack of food and economic collapse will take care of another large share.
Lastly, you seem to think that China is autonomous and a REAL enemy of the US, when the reality is that BOTH are owned by the same small group of bankers. China is the model government for the NWO, and it is being installed here in America while you dwell in the delusion that it can’t happen here.

I think you’re viewing war through the lens of how it happened back in World War 2 – believing that straight and aggressive invasion (blitzkreig) is the only way that a country at war will still do so.
Warfare has changed.
You have books out there like “Total Information Warfare”, military journals, and other Chinese sources all touting how the way for China to proceed is with EMP, cyber attack, missiles, Constitutional erosion, and other forms of asymmetric warfare and only THEN proceeding with invasion.
You have Japan warning of attack:

We all know ChiCom thinks in terms of generations. My take is, they will build Antonov-like airplanes to deploy as many stuff as they can. I can’t see any logical reason for this to happen. I mean, why not an entrepreneur? why someone with ties to the ChiCom party?

The chinese know they can’t attack from without and be successful, so they buy up property and move in. Much easier to attack a super from inside the borders.
There is the possibility that they’re buying what they can’t easily win in open war. As another commenter pointed out, they already own vast properties in this country. That includes 13% of residential properties and a couple of major meat packagers, ie Smithfield. Once they legally own the properties and control major portions of the food supply, the masses may well just fall in line. The holdouts will be far fewer in number and far easier to deal with.
Also note the proximity to a major and very sensitive military base. Someone had to have signed off on that. I wonder who?
Personally, I think the Chinese have another motive not mentioned here.
Escalating over the past few years, the Chinese have been quietly buying up farm land, food processing plants, and shipping facilities all over the world. (Please see the Ice Age Farmer and Agenda 2030 websites or u tube channels for an excellent synopsis and further links.)
Maybe the Chinese have purchased this air strip to use as a shipping facility? Much produce comes from both the South East and South Central US as well as from South and Central America. This location being close to the border would make it easy to receive, process and transport food from all of these locations.
They are purchasing major amounts of homes in my area according to a realtor 2 days ago. Is this for income or for their housing? Their children are being pushed to learn fluent English on line. My personal belief is NO foreign entity be it personal or a company should own ANY American soil. It is scary enough that Mr. Gates owns much of the farm land and keeps buying more.
I’m in Texas. I heard about this many months ago and even checked with a real estate friend of mine to confirm that this ranch belonged to the Chinese. He said it was true.
When I heard about the wind farm and their intention to connect to the Texas grid (Texas has it’s own grid. Three I believe.) I contacted my local representative to the Texas House.
He called me and assured me that Texas was well aware of all of this and that connecting to the grid would not be allowed to happen.
So, that’s good. The ownership of the property is not so good. But at least Texas is well aware of the possibilities of what could be going on.
A capitalist nation will never need to be conquered by any military assault or invasion because a capitalist nation can simply be purchased.
Only U.S. citizens should ever be allowed to purchase property for ownership within U.S. jurisdiction, in my opinion, period, for obvious national security implications such as this. If foreign businesses, for example, want to locate warehouses, factories, or other facilities within U.S. jurisdiction, for example, they should have to find current landowners willing to lease the property or some similar concept, at best and with certain restrictions. Otherwise, in theory, a foreign country need only buy out enough property to force its control over the “host” country and her citizens from within, essentially taking over ownership, kind of like what is already happening.
The reasoning might be straightforward in the idea that China wants American soil. What is not straightforward is why. That is far more complex. At least in some ways. Of course, there is one thing straightforward about why China wants American soil. That is to assist in achieving their long-stated goal of world domination and the elimination of the US as we know it.
I suppose it is pretty straightforward, all things considered.

Back in the late 1990s, two PLA officers wrote a report on Asymmetrical Warefare, you can Duck-Duck-Go for the unclassified version. I read the original.
IF I were them, I would not go head to head with the US military.
I would come at the US sideways, crab like (pop-culture reference). Use social media to exploit various hot topic issues to really get the division going not in just political affiliation, but in every aspect possible: Race, religion, socio-economic status, pro-Life/Choice, voting rights, gun rights/control, Green/non-Green, court packing, vaxx vs non-vaxx, Packers vs Broncos, Coke/Pepsi . . . anything and everything and crank up the level to 11.
Then, engineer a black swan event and let us go at each other, sit back and watch the fireworks.
After the smoke has cleared, from the smoldering ruins, make a dramatic entrance using all those logistic assets and deliver food, water, blankets, wi-fi.
Ya just have to pledge loyalty to the Party for a fast return to clean and well stocked stores (government owned) of food and plastic pumpkins

The Western world really pisses people off I guess as there is a nano shred of personal freedoms left (like being able to comment on this site). But don’t worry our politicians and the covid vaccine will fix it all. Please listen. I live outside Verona Ohio. I used to be head of matinence for an appartment company in dayton. So I dealt with the city and county alot . Inspectors planning etc. This all fits. A year ago on the outskirts of Trotwood was a tiny beer and pop stop. It was a block from an old railroad they only used for storage. A lady we worked with lived 3 houses down from the pop stop. She lucked out buying a house on contract from an elderly man. It came with 9 acres on bordering the old tracks. He passed leaving her the house and land.
A Muslim bought this pop stop and totally remodeled the store putting full gas and design in . Remember this is on little Richmond rd and wolf creek pike trotwood Ohio, for you that want to google earth this. Remember this is away from anything that would make lots of money. Now our coworker stopped and asked why he bought this from the Indian couple, being its on the outskirts of town with little traffic. This is where I almost crapped my self.
The Muslim guy u, he said he was, won an military fuel CONTRACT TO FILL ALL MILITARY VEHICLES AT THE COMING RAIL YARD! THEY JUST STARTED FIXING THOSE TRACKS AND NOBODY KNEW WHY. THIS AREAIS JUST SOUTH OF WHERE THE TORNADOS DESTROYED 3 YEARS AGO. THIS AREA IS IN A “VERY” BAD PART OF DAYTON.

If you google earth this area you will understand this triangle of land bordering this old tracks. This is very wierd. The next day after telling our coworker about a new rail yard, he asked if she would sell, she owns 90% of this triangle bordering the old tracks. She just paid taxes on her place and knew what it assessed for he offered her “3” times what the assesses for. He told her that all the land on there side of the tracks is what the military is buying for the new “RAILYARD”. Ok i went to Wright patterson airforce base web and checked out there future planning all the contracts , my wife checked all of it we could. Nothing!
The next day I had to get an inspection for plumbing at our office, so I asked both inspectors about the new rail yard the government is putting in. You thought I asked if the world was ending. They said if there was a new railyard coming they would know. I told them to ask at the planning commission when they could. He said he would and call him the next day because he was almost as freaked as I was. This was a small store that never sold fuel so it cost him a fortune for permits and material.
This is not a rich area by no means and there was plenty of stations before so I know , THE MONEY THIS MUSLIM WAS THROWING AROUND HES GOT A CONTRACT THAT WE KNOW HAS TO BE “ABOVE” TOP SECRET. HES NOT THE ONLY MUSLIM DOING THIS AND FORENERS ARE BUYING UP RESTAURANTS AND OTHER STOORS THAT WERE DESTROYE D IN THE TORNADO BUT THATS AT THE END.

He was the type he loved bragging about his deals so he said that he was part of a group that gets info before others and thats how he won the fuel contract. I acted as if it was all on the up and up and asked about where it was going he pointed and said soon they will be buying up the whole area, I guess it is going to be huge, I tried asking about why they are putting in a railyard in an area , but he said the location is why.

He bragged he has bought every property around but our coworker refused to sell because her brother knew what’s coming . The Real Estate deals were purchased, under unknown names or agents, causing confusion in the sales. Gov. Ron DeSantis was being sued for preventing foreign, land purchases in Fl. Many of the GOP in Congress have been quite concerned about it. But as usual, they need the support of the majority of Marxist Democrats in office. In 2018 reports: China confiscated billions in Canadian ventures & real estate. Then Canada pushed a preventive Bill to preserve land for future Canadians. Wise move.
