So…it turns out we crazy conspiracy theorists aren’t so crazy after all. In fact, we can knock “crazy” right off that moniker. Again. Elon Musk has allowed the curtain to be pulled back on Twitter to reveal corruption, collusion, and straight-up propaganda that have changed the course of American history. Musk is catching all sorts of flack for the Twitter Files from the mainstream media, who are somehow trying to defend the indefensible actions that have taken place behind the scenes and paint Musk as the bad guy for exposing it.
Many things that non-liberals have been saying for years have been shown to be true. There was indeed collusion between the Biden campaign and Twitter, conservatives were absolutely shadowbanned, the FBI is involved in social media, and points-of-view that were not in line with the narrative were suppressed by the social media giant.
What are the Twitter Files?
Elon Musk has provided journalists like Matt Taibbi, Bari Weiss, Lee Fang, and Michael Schellenberger access to years of internal documents and chat logs showing the trend of biased moderation behind the scenes. (You can sift through Musk’s own Twitter account to read these reveals yourself.
It’s a story of censorship cloaked as moderation and political bias cloaked as safety. Favors were done, and stories were either suppressed or allowed to trend based on the whims of a handful of people behind the scenes. Regardless of how many times the MSM says “alleged” in conjunction with these revelations, it’s very clear that there’s a real problem.
And keep in mind this is only the tip of the iceberg. I’d be willing to bet everything I have that similar conversations have gone on behind the scenes at Google and Facebook too. That means that Big Tech has been responsible for illicitly influencing the course of history, something we here at The Organic Prepper have been saying for a decade. While you personally may not have been influenced by things on social media, the people around you have been and the consensuses that were formed in America were based on biased information.
That’s a real problem. Propaganda works and the position our country is in shows the heinous aftermath of it.
Here’s what we learned from the Twitter Files so far.
The best synopsis I’ve seen of the Twitter Files comes from the account of journalist Benjamin Carlson. Carlson wrote, “No agency should be unaccountable. No institution is indispensable.”
What is the real story of the Twitter Files? It’s a much bigger deal than many realize.
I’ve spent hours reading the great reporting (now thousands of words in 7+ parts) by
@mtaibbi, @bariweiss, and @ShellenbergerMDHere are 7 crucial takeaways everyone needs to know:
1. History changed because of this:
•Hunter Biden’s alleged corruption censored

Unsurprisingly, those who have been shown to be biased and corrupt are displeased and the MSM is leaping to their defense and attacking Musk for using his platform to expose it.

Vanity Fair dismisses the claims in the Twitter Files and focuses its wrath on Musk.
Right-wingers are reveling in the latest batch of Elon Musk’s Twitter Files, which Republicans continue to dubiously frame as bombshell revelations into the platform’s squelching of far-right accounts. But amid all the brouhaha, a simple question remains: What new information has actually emerged from these splashy document dumps?
…All that can be gleaned from the latest Twitter Files release is this: Musk, likely under pressure from spooked advertisers to justify his conservative rebrand of the company, wants everyone to know that at least a few right-wing users were sent to varying degrees of Twitter time-out.
The Intelligencer is equally dismissive and but far more sarcastic as they strive to discredit Musk.
..the Twitter Files are best understood as an egregious example of the very phenomenon it purports to condemn — that of social-media managers leveraging their platforms for partisan ends…

In that sense, Taibbi and Weiss have performed revelatory journalism.
NPR suggests that Musk is a big, mean bully.
Musk’s conspiracy-baiting has quickly turned ugly, as he uses a project that purports to be about transparency to discredit Twitter’s former leadership and harass people he disagrees with. That’s giving his 120 million Twitter followers easy targets…
…many tech journalists, social media experts and former Twitter employees say Musk’s claims are over-hyped, given that the documents shared so far largely corroborate what is already known about the messy business of policing a large social network.
“What is really coming through in the Twitter Files for me is: people who are confronting high-stakes, unanticipated events and trying to figure out what policies apply and how,” said Renée DiResta, research manager at the Stanford Internet Observatory, who studies how narratives spread on social networks…
…But with his drumbeat of Twitter Files releases and gleeful tweets dunking on the company’s former employees, Musk has successfully hijacked the conversation.
“It is being processed as punitive and sort of owning the last regime, as opposed to saying, ‘Here are things that we can see in these files and here is how it’s going to be done differently under our watch,'” DiResta said.
I suppose the bottom line here is that when faced with one set of facts, people with different philosophies will always draw diverse and strongly held conclusions.

I found it shocking to see how many former FBI agents were working at Twitter.
Just read that former FBI counsel and former Twitter employee who was vetting the files before they reached journalists Matt Taibbi and Bari Weiss, James Baker tried to get Twitter to delete President Trump’s tweet about feeling better and “Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life.”
80 agents, weekly meetings, Other Government Agencies . . .
Watching MSM try to deflect or change the narrative is also shocking, albeit mildly so.
I commented online about vaccine damage for ten years, having a daughter who reacted to the hep-B vaccine at birth, given without permission, and the DTaP booster a year and a half later, with vaccine encephalitis and low-verbal autism. Now in one invthirty American children, up from zero in 1930. Also about the severe disability caused by vaccines in every member of my family. I was eventually heavily censored, deleted by corrupt moderators, or shadow banned. Harassed by paid vaccine shills: a Las Vegas company hired to propagandize which sent a shout-out to its employees who primarily worked in porn. They loaded my Twitter page with dozens of pornographic memes. I complained to Twitter, but could get no response. The shills also created at least four fake Twitter accounts for me and three of my vaccine-critical friends. They’re still there seven years later. Once a shill I was friendly with was replying to my comments when Zogby started pursuing us from one site to another, covering up my comments with black rectangles invreal time, as I wrote them. Mike suggested going to a natural health site to continue, where Zogby wasnt on the mod board, as he was at many sites on the pharma payroll. His colleague Van put up a meme in reply to me with a moving pistol gif trained on the viewer, moving back and forth. Zogby would delete a month’s worth of mycomments at many sites on Disqus at one fell swoop. Many swoops, many times. A different shill reported me to CPS a few months before my daughter turned 18, alleging that I had injected her with chicken pox virus. A social agency worker cane to our house, but the charge was instantly dismissed. It was just harassment. Mike said he was gobsmacked by this malice. This censorship of criticism of vaccines has been going on a long time, hoping to make most people believe that all vaccines are safe and effective except in one hapless case in a million. Too bad for him. He can maybe file a hopeless, ten-year case in the kangaroo Vaccine Court. The purpose being to get ever-increasing income and profits, school mandates even, for pharmaceutical companies, at the expense of millions of damaged lives. I am incredibly grateful to Musk for bringing this evil, this lying propaganda, to light.
So you now have government agencies violating the constitution with the approval of the government in power. And you have MSM in a tither about it. MSM has been doing it for years – just never this obviously. We all know that there will be no accountability.
The other question that begs to be asked. What is the outcome? Everybody seems focused on the immediate revelations and what they mean as far as censorship goes. Violations of the constitution. Etc. Etc. Etc. it’s been shown time and again, in poll after poll, that as many as 16% of independents would have voted differently if they had known about the Hunter Biden laptop. That would have changed you election results dramatically. So what if you find that a sitting president has been paid off by China or the Ukraine?
Let’s look beyond the immediate headlines. Does Biden have to step down? Is the election invalid? Do you even have a process for a redo? Does Trump get back the last 2 years? Are all Biden’s policies/decisions reversed/revoked? Does Harris become your president?…….Maybe you guys better just be happy with the victory of moral outrage, because honestly, the long-term results may tear the country apart.

We are stuck with what we got and all the economic and inflation pain that goes along with it.
You are right, for now we have to be happy with the victory of moral outrage.
I think that real civil strife just might be inevitable.
For as great of document as the constitution is. And as wise, and even perhaps divinely inspired, as your founding fathers were. Even they don’t seem to have been able to imagine, and prepare for, a situation like this. The idea that a free press would not fight for the rights of the people was beyond what they could believe. The idea that a sitting president might be found to be taking bribes from a foreign power was something they couldn’t comprehend. The very thought that the government would use its power and conspire with private industry to censor the voting public could not be fathomed by the originators of your country.
And perhaps the saddest of all…..the founding fathers could not imagine that their country could ever become so complacent, so lazy, and so morally bankrupt, that “We The People” would allow these things to take place.
Sad times and dark days ahead for all of us I’m afraid.
Eh.. I don’t know TLC, you seem like a well read and considerate person. We’re not perfect. I won’t be as bold as you to presume what the founding fathers “imagined”.
They did put ink to paper in the preamble of the constitution “to form a more perfect union”. It was up to us to keep it secure. Us. We the people. People are doomed to err. People become complacent. People are fallible.
It’s easy to point at us. Some, many of our own, might say we deserve our just reward. On the other hand, some (me) might ask, is your house in order? I don’t mean the larger national picture, I mean your own business.
Mine certainly isn’t. It’s a work in progress.
The document we live under is (IMO) like iron tested in a furnace. Stressed, bent and twisted. Iron looks soft under fire. She (the document)was never meant to be retempered.
Now, after years being thrust back into the forge, we’ll see what comes back out. I hope and pray it’s quenched quickly, but I’d don’t know. Maybe Canada can show us. Hey, anything is possible.
Unfortunately Jim, I think the world is and has been looking to the U.S. to guide the way. Please don’t look to Canada for answers – we’re even more screwed up than you guys are. We DON’T have a document to try and guide us. We have no hard and fast rules set down in a constitution. We have a “Charter of Rights and Freedoms” that has a “not withstanding “ clause, which means that we have those rights, but only if the government decides they aren’t inconvenient. Hell, we don’t even have property rights up here. We actually have a prime minister that has been found guilty of at least 4 ethics violations, yet there is nothing done. The main Canadian media (CBC) is owned and subsidized by the government (our tax dollars).
And when I said that the population had become complacent, lazy and morally bankrupt I wasn’t being critical – just stating a fact. Canada is no different – perhaps even worse. Our social programs and welfare state are very similar to yours. We are just lucky in the fact that we are isolated, only share a border with one country (the U.S,) and that you guys have always been there to protect us from many of the problems faced by the rest of the world.
Our country has already been torn apart. We may not be able to survive until Jan 2025. I’d rather nullify the stolen election and try to mitigate the catastrophe of the last two years, three months. Couldn’t make it worse.
Speaking personally, I think it’s a laugh riot that Former Russian president and current deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev‘s Twitter account was never suspended and is, in fact, still in operation (wait, I thought everything Russia was evil and hated by the leftists of Twitter..) while Trumps Twitter was kanked.
That right there should have been evidence enough that nothing is as it seems, yet exactly the way the real power brokers want it to seem.
I don’t trust Musk. Something about this Twitter Files dump being released now and the press denying or pathetically defending FBI espionage committed against US citizens, while Julian Assange rots in jail stinks. It’s almost like the press is pulling a SBF and going to the “simple jack” defense on Twitters behalf before the old administrators of the platform have to answer some tough questions.

There is nothing more despicable than censorship. That is the very reason for the first amendment. JFK said that those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable. JFK was right, and the FBI/CIA and NSA all know he was right. My own inevitable conclusion then, is that they WANT a violent revolution, in order to destroy the last remnant of free-thinking, armed, and self-sufficient American patriots.

They haven’t hanged Congress yet for high treason and they are the ultimate standard we gauge for enforcing the law. So anything that follows will be just talk, talk, talk, until we do.
Today I Saw that my bank deposit was held and my accounts were frozen. My personal banker and her superiors couldn’t answer my questions. This has been 4 days. I read these posts every day and comment rarely. This is not a credit issue nor a past due issue. I’m just saying to be vigilant. Get away from major banks and hold what you have in a local institution. I’ve been a customer here for 45 years. The time is here. The preps are in place and the time for cash is now

They said they had a system update and when it came up it immediately saw all the last minute shopping purchases and red flagged the account. Every time I went on twitter I found myself swearing at ignorant & moronic tweets. I quit twitter to lower my blood pressure.
The sad part is that we may not have time left to adjudicate the criminal activities by Big Tech and their ties to the National Security Apparatus. Biden must be taken down by any means necessary before his handlers totally destroy America and our way of life.
You MUST UNDERSTAND Psychopathy needs attention and when people are too preoccupied to pay attention it will be to our detriment. Americans need to understand there is a very fine line between psychopathic behavior and well-meaning supposed good intentions. When we cannot tell the difference or don’t bother to notice that they are different we will be ripe for the picking AND “THEY” KNOW THIS OF US.
