The Trump assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania yesterday has spawned all sorts of gossip, theory, and opinions, mixed with a wee bit of fact.
Before we dive in, here is the footage of the attempt, caught live and streamed to the world.
President Trump was injured when the bullet grazed his ear. If he hadn’t turned his head at exactly the right moment, we’d be talking about his funeral. A person behind the former president was shot and died immediately. Two other rallygoers were wounded.
UPDATE: The deceased victim was identified as Corey Comperetore, a retired fire chief who died heroically shielding his two daughters with his own body.
Trump was subsequently checked out at a local hospital and quickly released a statement on Truth Social saying he was fine.
Terrible MSM coverage
First of all, the MSM reliably downplayed the attempted and used it as a way to try to make former Pres. Trump look foolish. Behold some of the ridiculous headlines.
Pretty vile coverage, yes? It took hours before they admitted this was an assassination attempt.
Meanwhile, on social media
On social media, you could also rely on the liberal denizens of X to be nasty. The hashtags #onejob (reference to “you just had one job and you messed it up”) and #theymissed trended for hours.
There were many tweets (are they still called tweets? xeets? I have no idea) that bemoaned the shooter’s inaccurate aim, including a few that branched into outright hysteria at the “missed opportunity.”
Others claimed this was a false flag, created by the Republicans to buy voter sympathy and votes.
Watch, this whole thing will be found out to be a hoax. All orchestrated by Trump.

All the unmitigated hatred aside, the network also exploded with well wishes and prayers for Trump and the other victims who were injured or killed.
The Secret Service seemed inept.
If I were Trump, I’d probably hire some private security after this fiasco. The agents seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Trump hit the deck well before they got to him, basically saving himself. They didn’t do the most coordinated job getting him off the stage either. (Should short people be part of a detail where they’re literally supposed to block bullets for a tall person?) One of the agents had a heck of a time reholstering her weapon.
But it gets even worse than that. The Trump campaign has repeatedly requested a larger Secret Service contingency and that has been repeatedly denied. Were there enough agents to reliably secure the venue? It seems doubtful.
Unless….and bear with me…someone involved was kinda sorta hoping this might happen?
I’m not saying that they arranged it, but more than one rally attendee approached the police, telling them they saw a man with a gun climbing a nearby building. And they didn’t check it out? What?
Furthermore, attendees saw the shooter BEFORE the Secret Service did and it appears, before a shot was fired, because Trump was still speaking when members of the audience were yelling, “he’s got a gun!” and “he’s on the roof!”
What in the world is going on here? Is this ineptitude or something else?
The shooter
Secret Service snipers neutralized the shooter within seconds of the first shot ringing out, though he was still able to get off a total of eight shots. Crooks was identified by DNA, as his face was unrecognizable after he was shot, and he was not carrying any ID.
The NY Post broke his identity, and had some really confusing details to add.
According to state voter status records, he was a registered Republican.
He also made a single $15 donation to the liberal ActBlue political action committee on Jan. 20, 2021 — President Biden’s Inauguration Day, the Intercept reported.
At the time of the donation, Crooks was 17 years old. He registered to vote upon turning 18 in September of that same year as a member of the GOP, records show.
Crooks was a member of the 2022 graduating class at Bethel Park High School, the school district confirmed Sunday morning.
So, was he a Republican for real? If so, why on earth would he shoot a candidate who was well on his way to the White House?
Or was he a Democrat, as his donation indicates? Did he register Republican to vote against Trump in the primary?
So far, no motive has been revealed. Former classmates called him “a loner” with “not many friends.”
More questions than answers
As with all events of this nature, the whole thing has left us with more questions than answers. I’m heartbroken to hear about the death of the audience member and the injuries of two others. I’m relieved that Trump survived. And honestly, it’s pretty bad ass to be grazed by a bullet, then get up and pump your fist in the air and yell “Fight!” I can only imagine if a similar situation arose at a Biden rally, given the current president’s slow cognition and lack of balance.
There is no place for violence in our election system. We are not a banana republic, even though we’ve sure been leaning that way recently. I don’t want to see anyone take out either candidate. I want to see a fair and free election.

I agree with Daisy, too much unknowns, need more information before we can make any kind of analysis and draw a conclusion.
In the defense of the SS, Trump is not a small guy. He looked pissed, and took the moment to raise his fist in defiance and to shout what looks like fight to the crowd.
DHS has refused Trump’s request for additional SS security.
DHS also denied RFK Jr. any SS protection.

We prayed for everyone involved at church today and my cancelled priest, Father John Mary, said that this is the work of the enemy of our souls who has possessed the souls of these people. A photo was published of the bullet whizzing through the air toward Trump’s head. A physician present, NBC interview, said he saw a family of five behind Trump at the left end of the podium. He saw the father be shot in the head, killed instantly. He helped carry the man’s body to a tent. No assistance was necessary as he was clearly dead. Two of his family members became hysterical. He saw a woman whose arm was injured by another bullet. Two men in the audience were critically injured by bullets to the side of their heads.

They Observed something was going on. What, they were not sure.

We have seen in other instances where people just outright panicked and ran for the exits, and more got killed from the mob running for the exits trampling and killing others.

A DEI hire?
Patricia DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion. Definitions of these words by the democrats sound very lofty and virtuous. Joe Biden has provided these definitions in the below federal government link.
But there meaning becomes vague and difficult to understand when you are a business and you are told you must implement DEI in your workplace or else.
For example how do they define equity? Here is their official definition. “The term “equity” means the consistent and systematic fair, just, and impartial treatment of all individuals, including individuals who belong to underserved communities…” See below.
Sounds like they are saying we should treat everyone equally regardless of race, creed or color. You may have thought we are already suppose to do that. What is different about DEI? There is that old saying which goes like this, “The big print giveth and the small print taketh away.”
The big print here is their very virtuous sounding definitions of what their DEI goals in the workplace are. The small print is how the government measures your achievement of equity in the workplace. Their actual definition in practice is sex, gender and race quotas. You can see the real definition of equity for yourself in section 9 of the below whitehouse.gov document. The small print doesn’t sound like the big print at all does it.
Kim Cheatle Biden’s director of the secret service made it very clear what DEI meant when she said her goal was to make the secret service 30% women by 2030. She also said “We need to attract diverse candidates and ensure that we are developing and giving opportunities to everybody in our work force and particularly women.”
Biden even says “our diversity is one of our country’s greatest strengths.”
No Cheatle, diversity in the Secret Service should not be your goal. Your goal should be to have large strong men in the secret service to protect people. Hiring women who are a foot shorter than Donald Trump and weaker than most 18 year old high school boys is just idiotic. Employment in the secret service should be based on ones ability to do the job. In other words merit. Not on the democrat party’s DEI lunacies. Have you ever gone to a bar and the bouncer looked like one of Cheatle’s short, obese, out of shape secret service women? No. Me neither. The DEI policy just gets people killed.

I read that Crooks’ father contacted LE right away. He may have recognized the shooter’s clothing in coverage or the kid may have acted suspiciously. Police may have gotten DNA samples from the father.

I wondered about the DNA comment too. We have been told the shooter was not known to police, so how did they use the DNA to identify him so quickly. They were at his home by night time. Also, the van they found which they are claiming was his had a license tag from Arizona. No mention of how that happened.
I read that the shooter’s father called the local police when the news broke. (Maybe he recognized the clothing on the body, maybe he had serious concerns about his son?) If true, that would have accelerated the ID process.

If the FBI had any integrity they would start with Biden’s Director of the Secret Service. His diversity appointee Kim Cheatle. The conduct of Trump’s secret service team was more than just criminal neglect. This is what I’ve been telling my husband. I want to add TikTok as well. The shooter was a 20yr old kid who probably spent a good chunk of time online. TikTok and other social media are notorious for affecting youth, preying on their isolation.
It’s scary what happened to Trump and it’s heartbreaking what happened to the shooting victims. This needs to stop. How? I don’t know.

I was impressed that Trump has the presence of mind to drop to ground so quickly after he saw the blood on his hand. A lot of people seem to take longer to process that thought before they move. This tells me that Trump has realistically considered that this might happen to him and what he would need to do. I can just imagine how it would have gone if it had been Biden in that situation with his slow-working brain leaving him standing there for a second shot.

No matter what “facts” come out about this, one thing will always remain true…SS failed on this. I am extremely thankful he is ok but can’t help thinking what would happen in this country if he was killed. We may never know the full truth of what happened. Trump is a fighter and his response proved that and will only motivate him more, along with his supporters.
There are many conduits of influence and control emanating from our rulers at the very top – each filled with different people from different pro-establishment groups – flowing down a secret organizational chart to the American masses. I’m betting that the “lone gunman” was in one of these conduits – probably the one containing certain government alphabet agencies – and that he was following direction from above. Like FDR said: “Nothing in politics happens by accident ……..”
Trump is a threat to our establishment families: He’s anti-war which will set their imperialistic plans back four years. He raised tariffs on Chinese imports which costs our ruling families owning Chinese production intended for sale in their American retail outlets hundreds of billions of dollars. He’s trying to save the country while our rulers, with the help of the great communicator currently serving as president, are trying to destroy it.
Some random thoughts
If Trump had not turned slightly at just the needed time … he could well have been a goner. That’s a horribly inadequate back-up strategy for when the Secret Service failed to heed the warnings from people who saw the weapon-carrying perp on the roof top.
Has the Secret Service been infiltrated by deep state / CIA / Obama type holdovers? There’s no way for us to know just yet. We do know (because Trump declassified the details when in office) that when two US army crypto operators independently picked up message traffic discussing the planning of the JFK hit … THREE WEEKS prior to the real event … the CIA slapped a classified label on all those records. It wasn’t until the internet was later invented that we could download a copy of the CIA’s early 1950s assassinations 21-page how-to manual which the CIA had been using around the world long before the JFK hit.
If one runs a simple non-google search for lists of both successful and unsuccessful assassination attempts on US presidents … those lists are a bit longer than most people realize … although I’m sure Trump is well aware of that history and risk.

It would be good to match that ear shape with both Crooks and Yearick.
I wonder how Crooks’ DNA was matched so quickly with the shooter’s, since the media accounts claim that Crooks had no criminal record?
And I wonder if Crooks’ father has viewed the body and confirmed it as his son’s?

I question the judgment of those anonymous folks on Twitter. If you freeze-frame that 10-second YouTube video (that I posted) so you can more easily compare it with both Crooks photos in the NY Post article Daisy linked to … the facial structure, the glasses, and the long hair all look remarkably similar. The YouTube channel poster did not disclose where that video was obtained. Many of that poster’s other videos are about news from India or elsewhere in southern Asia.

There isn’t enough information out there to make a good conclusion. Two things are possible. Trump was collateral damage (the shooter was shooting at the one who died) or Trump was the target. Another possibility is that Trump was the target but not as an assassination, but as a scare tactic. There are some who are pushing that Trump was hit by either bullet or glass fragments. Which would hit his ear but may not hit his scalp. The shooter contributed to Act Blue, but not Biden. Additionally the shooter was a registered Republican and voted for Nikki Haley in the primary. So he may have been anti-Trump or just not proTrump. We should not jump to conclusions until the investigation is over. This maybe a Blue -Red fight or it may be a Red-Red fight.
Okay, so who was then intended target of so much significance that a 20 year old would risk his own life knowing SS, LEO was all around to take him out, who actually died?

The fact that Thomas Matthew Crooks registered as a Republican, but to actually donate to ActBlue, says a lot. I know. I donated to Tulsi Gabbard. At the time she was using ActBlue as a portal for donations.
A lot of people will register as a given party to influence a party primary, even if they are of the other party. The Democrats urged their people to do exactly that to try to keep Trump off the ballot.

So this is starting to look more legit as details come in.
The director of the Secret Service is a woman named Kim Cheatle. She was appointed by Biden in 2022. Is anyone surprised that she is another diversity employee. Her people failed to do their job. She should be fired along with all of those short women diversity employees she has on Trump’s secret service team who are worthless. This DEI policy just gets people killed.
People can sit around and wait for all the facts and reports to be in before coming to a conclusion. But what we have here is clearly treason. Treason committed by those in charge of the secret service. Cheatle needs to go.
Why is it that a man can be sentenced to prison for 16 years for burning a gay flag because that is a hate crime. But people can openly call for the assassination of Donald Trump with no repercussions because that is free speech.

Are the secret service counter snipers just watching with their high power binoculars the shooter climb on the roof of the only other nearby building with a clear view of the stage. They watch him calmly walk over to his firing position. The shooter then gets down and aims his rifle at Trump. He starts firing his gun. And then and only then are the secret service people allowed to shoot back. Sounds like these Rules of Engagement were designed to make sure that the assassin has the best possible chance to murder Donald Trump.
After the assassination of John F Kennedy and attempted assassination of Ronald Reagan you would think that these kinds of Rules of Engagement for the secret service would not even be possible.
Our diversity director of the secret service Kim Cheatle not long ago told CBS news that her goal was to make the secret service 30% women by 2030. She also said:

Rambling response iIn no particular order…
1) I don’t believe in “incompetence” anymore…I think things are planned, and Plan A works or does not, and then Plan B kicks in etc…
2) I would say we have been a proxy “banana republic” for longer than most people realize. (We don’t really export resources, we simply take control of them from elsewhere by whatever means are necessary, so we don’t fit the true definition of a banana republic).
3) Electoral system has been corrupt and manipulated for many decades. We are not meant to know the true count of votes, and those are not what matter anyway. The President will be surrounded by civil servants no one gets to vote in or out, and they are set in place to ensure the President stays on his leash, regardless of what he might intend. Trump may indeed have good intentions (or just be the person put in place to polarize us more) but either way, his power to enact real change at a systemic level will be tightly controlled. Swamp is still a swamp.
4) the corruption runs so deep I immediately assumed this was a set up by one or more of the three letter agencies on behalf of whoever really gives the orders. We can only speculate. I doubt we will ever know for sure.
5) I was expecting this, and am only surprised it didn’t happen sooner. And yes, Leftists are programmed to hate Trump to the point of thinking a violent take down is perfectly acceptable, so this could just be the first attempt.
6) The odds of a peaceful, “normal” election cycle and transition of power are slim to none, by my estimation. Our nation is in a very weakened state and the confusion and lies compound it all.
Maybe those are “black pill” thoughts…I don’t really know. But I think a lot about the Roman Empire these days.

Some shots may be suppressed, and some shots also may be with subsonic ammunition(300 Blackout Subsonic has been suggested)
3. video matching 1 and 2 above shows both pairs of rooftop (good guy) snipers rotating quickly, defensively toward the trees, and those 4 guys, my opinion, were the targets of those first shots.
4. In the 2 or 3 seconds beginning at 2:57, the assassins seem frenzied or, musically, they could be firing 1/4 notes in 2/2 time.
