This week, the Survival Saturday round-up points toward all hell breaking loose in America.The week ahead is sure to be eventful. Massive anti-Trump protests are planned across the country, and Barack Obama has just a few days left to try and provoke a war with Russia. You can bet he’ll be going at it with renewed vigor. Oh, yeah, also, zombies might actually be a thing.
In a last-ditch effort to goad Russia, Obama deploys troops to Poland.
Obama’s departure from the White House can’t come soon enough. While President-Elect Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin seem ready to mend fences, Obama seems intent on running over the fences with a bulldozer.
Tanks, armored vehicles and 3,000 U.S. troops started to arrive in Poland Thursday in one of President Barack Obama’s last moves to reassure NATO allies scared of Russian aggression.
Poland shares a 144-mile border with Russia, and it’s one of several countries in the region that feels threatened by Russian aggression. The deployment is the largest U.S. reinforcement of Europe since the Cold War, and the first continuous one in the region. (source)
RT reports that Russia is not happy about this.
Russia sees the deployment of US tanks and other military vehicles, along with army personnel, as a threat to its national security and interests, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
“We see this as a threat. These actions pose a threat to our interests and security,” Peskov told journalists on Thursday, stressing “especially, when a third country is beefing up its military presence along our borders with Europe.”
“And this is not even a European country,” he added. (source)
Raise your hand if you think Obama will try to drum up an excuse to take military action before the Inauguration. Yeah. Me too.
Is the Zombie Apocalypse Actually a Thing?
Put that on the list of “Headlines I Never Thought I’d Write.”
What’s up with all the zombies lately? We’ve gotten pretty accustomed to seeing people having their faces eaten off on The Walking Dead, but now, there are actual news stories about a pending Zombie Apocalypse. I’ve noticed a ton of stories lately about how a zombie virus could kill off most of humanity in a matter of days. Are we being predictively programmed to accept some epic weirdness without question?
There was a study performed at Leicester University in the UK that showed how fast zombies could kill off humanity.
Zombies could exterminate humanity in less than six months, according to recent research.
Researchers developed a complex new formula which calculates that 100 days into a zombie outbreak, just over 100 survivors will be left uninfected.
And within six months, these stragglers will also die or become zombies themselves. (source)
As Mac Slavo of SHTFplan wrote, the zombie scenario is one that has been widely used to predict the effects of a pandemic virus.
The CDC, Homeland Security, FEMA, the Pentagon and other agencies have all used simulated zombie outbreaks to model their emergency responses…
…“Zombie Preppers” was even turned into a Discovery Channel episode – though it is questionable if it encourages prepping, or seeks to ridicule it once again.
Nonetheless, it’s theme is: “Zombies are real, they’re just not what you think they are.” (source)
And, by the way, for those scoffing at zombies, here’s one more study to keep you up at night. Some creepy scientists have created zombie mice.
Scientists in the U.S. have successfully triggered aggressive predatory behavior in mice by using lasers to stimulate two separate sets of neurons in their brains, according to a study published Thursday in the journal Cell that has some people questioning if the principle can be used to create zombies…
…When the laser is turned on, the mice somewhat act like “walkers” from “The Walking Dead” — this analogy is fair only to a certain extent, de Araujo said as he clarified that the predatory circuits are more to do with the animals’ drive for sustenance rather than with the instinct to attack.
“The system is not just generalised aggression … It seems to be related to the animal’s interest in obtaining food,” he said. (source)
And it’s not even Halloween.
Here’s how the Anti-Trump people can prove their commitment.
With all of the discussion of principles whirling around the internet as hysterical liberals try in vain to “stop Trump,” here’s one thing to which they should adhere.
They should quit their jobs. If they’re genuinely committed, that’s exactly what they’ll do. Then, Trump will have improved the economy of supporters without doing anything, because there are many less-whiny people who would be happy to have employment.
After all, these protesters are making a vow of “refusing to accommodate or work with the administration.” Here’s an open letter encouraging them to have the courage of their convictions.

During the week ahead, I have grave concerns about Inauguration Day. It’s a safe bet that Washington DC and other cities across the country will be home to protests that could quickly turn into riots. Some of the participants welcome the chance to wreak havoc with violence and vandalism. Hi, Daisy. I not only think the Zombie Apocalypse in real, but I think we are in the middle of it. Maybe it’s not caused by a virus, rather something more akin to brainwashing, but all you have to do is look around to see it. Keep your head low and keep prepping… these mindless obama/clinton youth and their handlers want our blood… that is any of us who is free thinking, that believe people need to take care of themselves and their own, that believe in the constitutional rights we once had, etc.
