In Puerto Rico, everything has changed since Hurricane Maria struck nearly 3 months ago.
Many people have no running water. And if they do, it can’t be consumed without boiling.
There’s no electricity in many regions.
Supplies are scarce.
I’ve written about the SHTF aftermath in Puerto Rico, both the day after the storm, a week after, and a couple of months later. But while there is a lot of good information in all those articles, it’s just words on a page.
The video below brings it to life. This is what life looks like for people who have just watched everything be turned upside down by Mother Nature.
Wow-where is the truth? I believe the people in the video: I think that they are in the middle of hell. But what happened to all of the supplies that (supposedly) were waiting to be distributed? Did the supplies actually get shipped to only big cities? Did they sit at the dock and rot? Where are the electricians, lineman, and phone techs that are working their, making the big bucks? Some woman in my local grocery said her grandson is in PR making a fortune, stringing electric lines back up. All of the insanity in Washington DC about global warming, and yet WE have OUR people doing without water, food, and basic sanitation?? What is going on and WHAT is the TRUTH??
So many struggles these days in a world full of people who rely on a dilapidated system of government to be there for them in time of need. My heart goes out to all people worldwide who needs someone to show them how to be free individuals and self-reliant. It’s way past time for everyone to break free of their monetary system in place that keeps us enslaved to the lies of discovering who we truly are as soul. It’s good to see people coming together in time of need, but don’t fall back into the same program once you are back on your feet. I’m getting calls on my home phone daily from this country. I don’t speak their language and the kids on the other line don’t speak mine. The phone number on my caller I.D. is 787-981-0075. Perhaps sharing this number will find its way to the person who can help.
FEMA is/ are managers. Pencil pushers. Bean counters. In the video they hired an outside agency to perform a task regarding missing persons. I’ve read, also referenced in the video, they hired a company to repair/ rebuild the power infrastructure. FEMA does not have there own labor force like the military. A need is brought to light, they hire somebody; problem solved! What’s the next problem you have that we can hire an outside source to fix, without properly vetting the company? Remember the Katrina trailers with, what was it, formaldehyde?
Have you ever met a Puerto Rican?
